I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and supportive during my entire stay. They even allowed me to leave my heavy luggage in the hotel while I went on trips to different places and had it waiting in my room once I got back. The location of the hotel was outstanding - it was close to tourist attractions and the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus was right across the street. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection of tasty Vietnamese and international food. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location with many coffee shops around and close to public transportation. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the street. the staff were polite and helpful, with good English-speaking skills.
The elevator was too small and made me feel claustrophobic. Some of the staff members were not as friendly and welcoming as expected.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast included a good selection of Vietnamese and international options, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We stayed in a room that was a bit noisy due to its location near the kitchen and dining area, which was a bit of a downside. we found the price of the hotel to be a bit higher than other options in the area, which was a bit of a drawback for us.

The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Clean rooms, good water pressure, fast WiFi. Convenient location, close to restaurants and attractions. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel's location is perfect for tourists as it is close to many popular areas of attraction and the airport shuttle stop. the rooms have comfortable mattresses, fast Wi-Fi, and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is not served, but there are many lovely restaurants nearby.
Some guests have mentioned that the elevator is rather small and might be inconvenient for those with large luggage.
